Warranty Policy
At Essential Pet Supplies we stand behind the quality of our products. That is why we offer a 1 year warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. This means that we cover your purchase against manufacturing defects and faults within the warranty period.
What is covered by the warranty? Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of the product, as described in the product manual or on our website. This includes problems that are the result of manufacturing or material errors.
What is not covered by the warranty? The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Incorrect or careless use, such as incorrect washing or storage.
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, water or extreme heat.
- Repairs by unauthorized third parties.
What to do if you have a problem? If you believe your product is defective and under warranty, please contact us at hi@essentialpetsupplies.shop with a description of the problem, proof of purchase, and if possible photos of the defect. We will review the complaint and inform you of the next steps within a few days.
What are the solutions? Depending on the situation we will:
- Repair the product for free, or
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable product, or
- Offer a (partial) refund.
