Why do I have to pay for my return?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, we charge a small fee for returns. This allows us to offer you the products as cheaply as possible, without including the costs of returns in our product prices. We recommend that you always check carefully whether the product meets your expectations before ordering. If you have any questions about an article, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service!
What are the shipping costs?
For orders above €20,- your products will be shipped for free! Otherwise we charge €2,95.
